10th JD - Suffolk County District Court

Does the Court have your Current Address?

If you are a defendant in a criminal or traffic matter, you may be notified by First Class Mail of adjournments or schedule changes of your case.
If your address has changed since you were arrested, or received an appearance ticket, or renewed your drivers license, it is your responsibility to notify the court of your new address.
You can do this by appearing at the District Court's information window (with appropriate picture identification) and ask to fill out a CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOTICE (DC-324)pdf format. You may also notify the court by mail by printing this form and completing the information legibly, accurately, and completely.
