As a Manhattan Treatment Court (MTC) participant, you must follow the instructions given in court by the Judge and the rules and treatment plan given to you by your Case Manager and Primary Treatment Provider. A handbook, the "MTC Guidelines and Program Information for Participants Handbook", will be given to you that will explain what is expected of you. It will also provide general information about the MTC program.
