MANDATORY E-FILING FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ACTIONS
Pursuant to legislation enacted in 2011 and an administrative order of the Chief Administrative Judge, e-filing will be mandatory in Bronx County Supreme Court in all medical malpractice actions commenced on or after February 27, 2012. See links below
