Survey for Court Users without a Lawyer

You are invited to complete a survey about your court experience, that was developed by the New York State Permanent Commission on Access to Justice. The survey has questions about experiences you may have had with virtual hearings, technology, understanding the court process, your feelings about the outcome of your interaction with the court, and more. The survey will take about five minutes to complete.

The survey is optional. You do not have to complete the survey to visit or receive help from a Help Center or to receive court services. You may exit the survey at any time, for any reason.

The survey is anonymous. Your answers will not be tied to any current or future court case you may have.

Your answers are important and will be used by the New York State Permanent Commission on Access to Justice, to make suggestions to improve the court experience. Thank you.
